Training Levels

Our Training Levels are designed to give players a structured understanding of their development journey. While our current classes welcome all levels, this section will soon outline what each stage of progression looks like at PBTA.

Beginner

Learn the foundations of beach tennis in a fun, supportive environment. Players at this level will develop basic coordination, proper grip and swing mechanics, rally consistency, footwork on sand, and simple gameplay skills. Perfect for those touching a racket for the first time or still building confidence.

Intermediate

Take your game to the next level. Here, players refine technique, improve shot variety, and learn positioning and strategy.

Ideal for those who can rally consistently and want to progress further.

Advanced

Train like a competitor. Advanced players focus on tactical awareness, high-intensity drills, advanced shot selection, competitive rally patterns, mental preparation, and match strategy. This level supports athletes preparing for tournaments or those who simply want to push their limits.
