General Terms

Pacific Beach Tennis Academy (PBTA) operates under fair, transparent, and community-oriented principles. By registering for classes, events, or activities organised by PBTA, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Class Bookings

All class and event bookings are subject to availability. Reservations must be confirmed through PBTA’s official channels (website, WhatsApp, or email). PBTA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Payments

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Prices listed on the PBTA website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include all applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

PBTA reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Promotional rates are valid only during the advertised period.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Participants who wish to cancel must notify PBTA at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to be eligible for a credit or reschedule. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

In case of rain or hazardous weather, PBTA will issue a session credit.

4. Safety & Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of PBTA coaches at all times. PBTA reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises safety or disrupts the experience for others.

All players must wear suitable sports attire and be in good physical condition. PBTA is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur due to negligence, failure to follow safety guidelines, or pre-existing conditions.

All players must be in good physical health and declare any medical conditions or injuries that may affect participation.

5. Equipment

PBTA provides rackets, balls, and nets for official classes and events. Participants are responsible for maintaining provided equipment in good condition. Lost or damaged items may incur replacement fees.

6. Media & Promotion

PBTA may capture photos or videos during sessions for marketing and community purposes.

By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in PBTA’s media content unless you opt out in writing before your session.

7. Privacy

Your personal information (name, contact, and communication history) is collected solely for administrative and operational purposes. PBTA will not share or sell personal data to third parties.

8. Liability

PBTA, its coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising during participation, except in cases of proven negligence. Participants are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage.

9. Modifications

PBTA reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this website.
